My journey in the recruitment industry spans over two decades, during which I've explored various aspects of this dynamic field. One pivotal chapter in my career was when I met Louisa Plint, a visionary entrepreneur, who introduced me to her groundbreaking concept – Auxeris Recruiter Network.

With over 20 years of experience, I've worked in various roles including having my own recruitment business. This journey has provided me with a profound understanding of the industry, its challenges, and the untapped potential it holds.

I had the privilege of working closely with Louisa (she had joined a business I worked as an operations consultant to help with a badly needed systems overhaul).  It was in this professional environment that I first crossed paths with Louisa and was introduced to her unique vision for the future of recruitment.
